Cute picture of some gorgeous kids. They grow up sooooo fast, I wish I could freeze frame them sometimes!! A favorite thing to do with the family is play a game. Right now Sorry is the big game in our house and it can get pretty cut-throat! We also play Trouble and Uno and they are equally as cut-throat! Nothing like having a 7 and 9 year old ganging up on mom and dad to try to wipe us out! Lots of good laughs. Our annual special family outing is going to the water slides and I can honestly say I think I am the biggest kid there! We make it an all day even and have an absolute BLAST there.Glad you had a fun time away and thanks for the chance to win :)

My Family!! small give away!!!!

There were just to many pics of this week not to share and I love to show my kiddos off!!! We had a blast this week we went to the zoo, the beach, shopping and the wright brothers museum in Kitty hawk!! I was so good to see my mom and sisters we just made the most of every minute and I can't wait to go back to Oregon for my Sisters wedding!!! and the birth of yet another girl in our family ( out of 4 daughters I am the only 1 with boys)

SC172 and a tag lovey!!!!

this is my card for SC172 and I was so relived to get to sit down to my desk today I. I have had family in town for a week and they left yesterday, I already miss them I don't get to see the that often!!!! we ran around the outer banks and kitty hawk, we also went to VA, Beach and did some shopping!!! so after a long week of running around I just wanted to make a card!!! this card uses the sea life stamp set from H&M stamps this set is sooooooooooooo cute right now it is the only one I want to use!!! you Will be able to buy it for yourself on April 25 2008 it is just around the corner!!!!
this is my tag lovey that I made for my sister it go's with the rest of the set seen in the post below! All of the ribbon on this blanket is from PTI and the fabric is the Amy Butler Belle French Wall Paper Duck Egg and a super soft minky!!! I also Make one for Thatcher and he loves it (loves to eat it) !!! thank you so much for hanging in there with my not posting this week but I will be back to normal post as of now.

My sister is having a baby and she just found out it was a girl so I made this for her. my mom and sisters are here hanging out with me for the week so there will not be much blogging while the are here I am going to be pretty busy!!!! I will be here on saturday foe the SFYTT and some other projects. I am also going to be working on some wedding invites for my other sis!!! we are going to the Norfolk zoo and to kitty hawk to see the sights and play at the beach!!!!
this is a card that I made a while back and did not want to give to her till I knew what she was having!!!the fabric is a super soft minky and the new Amy butler line 100% cotton I am also going to make the nursing cover, a littler lovey burp cloths and put them all together in a cute gift basket I will show you when it is all done!!!

spring break SC170

this is a card I made for SC170 and My first card that I made with H&M stamps you can find the blog for H&M here, heather Rolin is the master mind behind these cutie patootie stamps fun to color and the 3 sets she has due to come out may 10th are all great for both guys and boy card and we all know how hard they can be!!!!!
what do you think of Thatchers new Diapers they are so cute they are Gdiapers and they are great!!!! no leeks!!!!

FS60 and a SFYTT

Laura's over at scrapnextras is the FS today and let me be the first to say wow what a great gallery!!!!! and she is sweet she leaves the best comments!!! So when I saw Laura's was the FS I got right to work and made this card I besides Beth I am the first in the gallery!!!!

I am so happy for Laura she is soooo one of my favs I just love everything she makes but my choice was an easy one because I did a simple beauty and it can be mass produced for my daughters 8th birthday!!!!! here is the card I did http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/850554?cat=500&ppuser=18892the changes are many colored base diff DP diff flower stitching instead of layering and no ribbon tabs same stamp set diff sentiment and button instead of felt flowers and brad and with all of the changes I made I still think it looks like Laura's!!!!!!
this is for jens SFYTT and what a great one she has out done herself with the last two week sketches they have both made for great stamping!!!! Now I have to point out the knot on my ribbon this never happens for me and I have no clue how I did it this time but look it is perfect!!!!! most of the time it is messy and it looks backwards so yah for me!!!! I can not believe that I am happy with such a bold (bright) card!!!! but I am!!!

and I have one more thing to show you and that is Ava in her new rain coat with umbrella sooooooooooo cute

WT159 SC169

I loved yesterdays Sketch challenge but I went a bit over kill on the pink so I used the SC for today's WT159!!! I think I had forgot that I had an airbrush till today but it was so much fun to play with so I might play some more........ after I get the floors done I promised DH I would do that today!!!!! that and you can not see the top of my desk right now so I did both yesterday's and today's cards sitting on the floor!!! So now you just can't see my room YIKES what a mess and you I will not show pic of messyness I am blushing talking about it!!!

most of the product deet'd are on SCS but I did not say what I did with the AB I filled the bottle 1/2 way full with alcohol and the dropped one drop at a time with the R-Inkers till it was the color I wanted it (about 4 or 5)
